Scope of the services

The consultants will provide programming support, troubleshooting, processing support, and monitoring daily data processing for the data warehouse. They will work with an IT team of database administrators, programmers, web designers and provide all technical activities related to the data warehouse and the application.

Mandatory skills

Design and develop web-based CBIDAS services and functions for an Inspection Web Portal.
Minimum 2 years experience with Web Center Suites.
Able to use Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Visio.

Our client is seeking an INTERACTIVE WEB DESIGNER for a 6 mo W2 CONTRACT opportunity in NYC!

The applicant will be expected to work closely under art director supervision on a variety of web-based, mobile projects and presentations.

The ideal candidate will have strong visual design skills, keen attention to detail, with a thorough knowledge of HTML design, web interface design, usability and online advertising experience. We are looking for a proactive problem solver that can work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, team oriented work environment.

Junior Web Designer

The Knot Inc. is a lifestage media company connecting engaged couples, newlyweds, and first-time parents with the community, products, and inspiration they need to navigate the most intense years of their lives. We are seeking a self-motivated and creative individual for the position of Junior Web Designer. This is an entry-level position.

The Junior Web Designer will help develop The Knot Inc. family of brands online through the following responsibilities:

Work under the direction of the Associate Art Director
Design in the look and feel of our established brand identities
Execute smaller projects that are part of existing areas on our websites
Document site-wide design standards and maintain updates
Create detailed design specifications for the IT team and prepare artwork for build
Provide design production assistance to the rest of the team as needed
Prepare weekly image updates

*Please note: This position is for web only! Candidates should have a strong interest in and experience with web design, as well as a healthy obsession with web trends and web innovations.

Requirements:
BFA or BA in Graphic Design
1-2 years of relevant internships or work experience in a creative group
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with Dreamweaver, Flash, HTML, and CSS helpful but not necessary
Experience creating and optimizing graphics for the web
A strong portfolio that shows great potential
Sophisticated sense of typography with an attention to detail
Must be able to handle multiple projects and work quickly without sacrificing quality in a deadline-driven environment
Desire to learn how the needs of the business influence what we do
Stay on top of industry trends and share them with the team
